Here's the thing--his gift was designed to protect and defend Teran from possible harm. In its very nature, therefore, it cannot be used aggressively. For someone like Evan, who really likes the idea of kickin' the crap outta the bad guys, this has to be something of an annoyance. It's not to say he won't be able to do fireballs and make demons eat flaming death, simply that he's going to have to approach it from a much different angle. Adam says: Well, well.
